*How long does the syrup last once its made?
Elderberry syrup must be refrigerated. It will last 1-2 months in the refrigerator before it starts to ferment. Best practice is to use within 6 months.

*How much elderberry syrup do I take?
All dosage is suggested and should be discussed with a healthcare practitioner before use. Suggested dosing is on the bottle label.

*Is elderberry syrup safe for small children?

When made with honey, elderberry syrup should only be used for those age 1 year and older. Elderberry is safe for 6 months and up when made with an alternative sweetener option.
