Everytime I stayed at the townhouse we were renovating my asthma would act up and by bronchi would get aggravated. I had switched to a stronger asthma medicine and was having to use my emergency inhaler everyday instead of only needing it for aerobic activity. I got the Elderberry Tincture for respiratory support. I took it that day and again before bed. The next morning my bronchi felt much better! My ravenous mint craving which happens whenever my bronchi are aggravated or my sinuses are congestion disappeared. My asthma symptoms diminished. I kept using it and didn’t need my emergency inhaler as much as before. I have been able to switch back to a less strong asthma medicine when at home. I still use the stronger one when working on the townhouse, but with the tincture my asthma isn’t getting as bad as before. I will be keeping the Elderberry Tincture in my toolkit for respiratory support. I’ve noticed that when I don’t need it, it doesn’t taste good to me, but when I do need it, it tastes good. It has helped me with bronchi care so much that I am sending some to two friends who have come down with COVID. Hopefully it will help their respiratory systems recover more quickly.
Just received my tincture this weekend, the night before I was hit with the dreaded stomach bug! I just tasted the night before my symptoms started and then took one full dose after they did. My symptom were far less than my mom who also had the stomach bug! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
